Executive Administrative Support   
Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. seeks a motivated adaptable individual to provide executive administrative support to our Executive Director, Management Team and Executive Leadership as Executive Administrative Assistant. This position strategically manages the executive offices administrative, clerical and event planning activities, maintains calendars, arranges meetings, logistics, travel and other activities. This position is expected to provide exceptional executive level administrative support in all capacities to the activities of International Corporate Headquarters Management Team and Leadership’s operational administrative needs. 

Membership Service Coordinator
Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. seeks a motivated adaptable individual to provide project, fulfillment and administrative support to the Membership Services Department. This position performs and supports the routine tasks, clerical and event activities, maintains inventory, updates mailing lists, and other activities. This position is expected to assist with daily operational tasks for members, the Membership Services Team and the activities of International Corporate Headquarters and its Leadership’s operational administrative needs. Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. is a fast-paced office environment with a collaborative, enjoyable culture. This position reports to the Director of Membership Services. 

Volunteer Opportunities

Spring/Summer 2020 Office Support (February - August), Volunteer Position

The volunteer(s) will provide ICHQ support for a minimum of five consecutive days to prepare and allow for Boule, and new Sorority year preparation or execution. As a volunteer, this role will assist the staff with communication, mailing of materials, shipping and handling, phone support, data entry, membership research and customer service. The ideal candidate should be a member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. due to the sensitive nature of the work involved. Based on performance and length of assistance, a member may be provided a nominal stipend for assistance.
