1. No Refunds. Except as expressly provided herein, it is acknowledged that all payments under these terms will be irrevocable and non-refundable.
2. Disputes. It is acknowledged that all parties disputing charges may be subject to discipline and subjected to additional fees, including, but not limited to merchant processing fees and administrative and legal fees and damages incurred by the Sorority in defense of the dispute.
3. Further Assurances. Except as expressly provided herein, it is acknowledged that in connection with all transactions contemplated under these terms, all parties agree all transactions were made in good faith and with permission by the cardholder, as well as to perform such acts as may be necessary or appropriate to carry out all such transactions.
4. Arbitration. It is acknowledged that all disputes, conflicts, claims and/or causes of action of any kind whatsoever arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to and resolved by compulsory and binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. Section 1, et seq., and the commercial rules of the American Arbitration Association and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
